Semi-Permanent Makeup, also called Cosmetic Tattooing, is the process of implanting color pigment beneath the surface of the skin by means of tiny sterile, disposable needles to produce the appearance of cosmetic makeup.
  • Is there pain?
Topical anesthetics (gels, creams, and sprays) are used on the eyebrow area prior and throughout the process, so this leaves clients totally numb during the procedure.

A combination of Microblading hair strokes with a mixture of manual shading to give a more defined, filled in look. Combo Brow is for those who like a day time makeup look and no longer desire filling in their brows daily. If you have dark, coarse, hairs, regardless of how thin your actual brow is, Combo brow is recommended to ensure the entire new brow appears as filled in as your current brow.
  • Healed Brows
    • Brows will typically last 1-3 years depending on lifestyle, skin type, and aftercare • Exposure to the sun and tanning beds can cause fading and discoloration of the pigment. • Always apply sunscreen SPF 50+ on brow area • Avoid using chemical exfoliants on the brows, as it will cause fading • Avoid lasers on or near brow area, this may change the color of your brow • Additional brow makeup application may still be required post procedure to achieve your desire look. • Yearly touch ups are recommended to maintain the vibrancy of your brows
  • What if I don’t retain pigment after first touch-up?
Unfortunately, this does happen, and a third appointment will be needed so the client has the opportunity to return and I will get the chance to review the work and sort out any (if any) adjustments that need to be made. Some clients skin may react to trauma of the tattoo, and the skin may try to push out the foreign body of the pigment by producing extreme scabbing, so the pigment will eventually disappear with the scabbing. There is a condition called Pigment Allergy (PPD Allergy, a condition known by dermatologist) or Auto Immune Disease symptoms (client may not even be aware of it). The skin would have over reacted and become super sensitive to the pigment and will reject it. Every clients skin is different, and healing varies per client. There for treatment is never guaranteed and more than 1 or 2 touchups may be required.
  • What is Ombre Brows?
Ombre is achieved using a digital machine with a single needle to insert pigment into the epidmeris and the dermis of the skin. This creates a misty, powder filled brow, similar to the look of makeup. Ombre appears light at the start of the eyebrow then gradually darker towards the tail end of the brow. Heals to a soft and natural color. It can typically last up to 3 years with touch-ups.
